Requests: Clients can approach Rent An Expert to seek potential service provider(s).
Through our platform, we connect you with the most suitable service provider who has
the capability to meet your specific request.
Negotiations and Contract: Users are responsible for negotiating the terms of any
collaboration or transaction. Rent An Expert is not involved in the negotiation process
and does not guarantee the outcome.
You will receive information about a maximum of 3 service providers who could
potentially meet the criteria you specified. They will reach out to you directly, and you
also have the option to initiate contact with them. In instances where we are unable to
identify professionals who match your criteria, you will be informed of this and given
the chance to broaden your requirements.
You have the right to assess the information received from the Service Providers and
can choose whether to enlist their services or engage with them. We do not endorse or
confirm that the Professionals identified through our Facilitation Service can fulfill your
needs. It is entirely your responsibility to interact with the Professional to ascertain their
capability to meet your requirements before entering into a Customer Contract with
them. If you decide to engage a Professional for the Services, you will become their
customer and enter into a Customer Contract directly with them. Rent An Expert will
only be responsible to establish the contact and not the contract. It is important to note
that the Services are rendered to you by the Service Provider.
In the event of any performance issues between both parties the “Users“, “Service
Seekers” and “Service Providers”, with the Services provided and/or obligations under
the contract signed between the parties “Users ““Service Seekers” and “Service
Providers”. “You” “Service Seekers” and “Service Providers” will possess legal rights to
seek recourse directly from the defaulting party. Rent An Expert its website
rentanexpert.co.za and platform is not responsible for any failure in meeting financial
commitments, misconduct, poor service, illegal opinions and/or any fraudulent activities
between both parties the “Users”, “Service Seekers” and “Service Providers”.
We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by you, whether arising
from contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or any other legal
basis, even if such loss or damage was foreseeable, and it pertains to the Facilitation of
Services. More precisely, our liability does not encompass any form of direct or indirect
consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to any loss of savings, profits,
business, business opportunities, sales, or revenue.
Payment and Fees: Any transactions conducted through Rent An Expert may be subject
to transaction fees. Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding the fee
